Like most webcomic artists, I have a small collection of assorted artwork I've done or received on the side.  Here it is.

The Legend of Link

During the bridge scene in Chapter 2: Darknut Dungeon,
I couldn't use Patrick's sprite while using a horizontal view
of the bridge...I did a couple of panels to explain why.

In the commentary for Legend of Link #2.41, Link mentions "curling up in a corner and crying."  In the commentary, I said that it sounded like a good idea, and that I was going to my "crying corner."  A reader commented on a mistake in grammar, saying that it sounded like the corner was crying.  So I sent him this picture.

I did a sort of April Fools comic on Halloween of 2009...here it is.

Valentines Day 2010...some time with Photoshop and manual artwork from
Spirit Tracks, and the result was a pretty good card, if I do say so myself.

I've made a few mistakes while spriting the comic, but
some of them were too cool to delete...so I saved them.

While Micah was working on the distortion panel in Legend of Link #6.76,
there was a bit of a misunderstanding, which led to drawing Lucy as an Ambis
and Link as a dragon, while it was originally supposed to be the other way around.  When he tried to fix it, however, it didn't look as good, so we went
with what you see in the comic.  But here's what you didn't see in the comic.

Namco Wars

When I brought Namco Wars back, I sent this comic to let people
know.  This is back when Dusk was still Volkner Greystone.

From time to time, I used to make birthday comics for
Namco Wars crew members.  Here's the card I did for Dusk.

Back when I played The 4th Coming, the admin of the server I played
at (known to all of you as Mouse) was having trouble spelling Abu Dhabi.
Since I made comics of everything to promote the ones here, I made these.

This comic was made on April 1st, but as far as I know, there was no
April Fooling about Mouse's birthday.  So here's a birthday comic for him.

For Nyla's birthday, I asked if she'd like to make a brief
speech for us, and she gave me the following words:

Ah, Halloween 2010.  A time of insane spriting and comic making.  But,
my loss of sanity was your gain, for it meant three 20-panel Halloween
comics, featuring everyone's favorite people, the crew at Serinea Studios!

#1: Creepy Costumes

#2: Scary Entrances

#3: Spooky Wishes

When doing Namco Wars #2.27, I forgot that I can only do
single-width panels while showing the TV screen.  I then wrote a script
with not one, not two, but THREE double-width panels.  But the artwork
turned out so well, I didn't want to delete it.  So here's a spare copy.

When I set up a forum for the website, I made some avatars for some
of the Namco Wars crew...but since the forum never went anywhere,
they never got used.  So here they are on this extras page instead.
The fifth one belongs to Micah...he wanted that instead of the dragon.

I'd been promising this comic to reader Killersloth for a while, so when I found
out his birthday was approaching, I finally sat down and got it made.  A bit of
history before you read: Killersloth's name on The 4th Coming was "Omega."

Fan Art

I only have one piece of fan art, but here it is.

Sprite Micah, by Micah McNully

Guest Comics

Since Micah and I are frequently exchanging artwork, that kind of implies that I've done some art for him.

Ah, my first piece of guest art...a panel in Jix #400.  Boy, I really hate
these sprites.  By the way, don't hate me too much for the Jix sprite...Micah
made some modifications after I sent it.  He also wrote the dialogue.

Since Micah's been doing milestone comics for Legend of Link,
he asked me to do something for Pegwarmers #100.  Here it is.

Another guest panel, this one for Dragon City #666...no new art from me this
time, though.  Still, it was my idea for him to do a super-creepy episode for #666.

Here's a piece of fan art that ended up getting put in the actual comic.  The artwork in this turned out a lot better than in the Jix #400 panel.  Though, I'd like to note that I didn't make that background, I just recolored it from Quest for Glory 1.

One night, Micah didn't know if he'd be able to make a comic, so
he sent me a script and asked me to take over for a bit.  Here's
the result. Feel free to hate Agent Murphy's arms...I know I do.

It was guest comic time over at Dragon City due to Thanksgiving,
so I finally had a chance to write my own guest comic script, sprite
it up, and send it in.  This is one of my favorite comics so far.

When Micah went into surgery for his wrist, I helped him out by
doing two of his comics for him for the following Wednesday.

Other

Here's some assorted other stuff that doesn't really go anywhere else.

A while back (and I might do some more of these), I had a smaller comic running called Sierra Creations Interpreted.
There, I'd parody and crossover the old SCI games, much like Micah's Pegwarmers comic.  Here are the ten that I did.

When I started Legend of Link, I sent the comic out by email.
Jogrant and Nyla had been trying to talk me into starting a
website for the comic for a while, so in the end, I did that.  I sent
this comic (including Nyla's original sprite) in the next email.

Most webcomic artists put together Top 10 lists of something from the previous year...so I've jumped on that bandwagon and done two.
